BrandGhost Acceptable Use Policy
Last Updated: January 5, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs how you may use BrandGhost’s services, including our website, applications,
APIs, integrations, and related features (collectively, the “Service”). This AUP is incorporated by reference into the
BrandGhost Terms of Service.
BrandGhost is designed to support authentic, high-quality, and compliant social media usage. To protect our users, our
platform reputation, and our partnerships with third-party social networks, the following rules apply.
1. Core Principles
- Use the Service for legitimate, human-centered social media workflows
- Respect the rules, policies, and developer agreements of connected platforms
- Avoid behavior that degrades trust, quality, or platform integrity
BrandGhost is not intended for spam, manipulation, or abusive automation.
2. Prohibited Uses
2.1 Spam & Manipulative Behavior
- Mass posting, content flooding, or posting at unnatural frequencies
- Automated or semi-automated spam campaigns
- Repetitive posting intended solely to game reach, impressions, or engagement
- Posting low-effort, misleading, or deceptive content at scale
2.2 AI Abuse & Low-Quality Automation
- Generating and publishing large volumes of AI-generated content without meaningful human review
- Using AI to produce near-duplicate or substantially similar posts at scale
- AI-driven content designed to impersonate individuals or mislead audiences
- Using BrandGhost primarily as an AI spam engine
AI is permitted only when used as an assistive tool—not as a replacement for judgment, originality, or authenticity.
2.3 Omni-Posting & Content Blasting
- Posting identical or near-identical content across multiple platforms simultaneously at scale
- Cross-posting without reasonable platform-specific adaptation
- Scheduling large volumes of similar content across accounts or platforms to simulate organic activity
- Using BrandGhost to “blast” content indiscriminately
BrandGhost supports multi-platform workflows, but quality, pacing, and intent matter.
2.4 Platform Policy Violations
- Violating the terms, policies, or developer agreements of any connected platform (e.g., Meta, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok)
- Attempting to bypass rate limits, moderation systems, or safeguards
- Engaging in coordinated inauthentic behavior or artificial engagement
2.5 Account Abuse
- Creating or operating multiple BrandGhost accounts without authorization
- Using multiple accounts to evade limits, enforcement, or pricing tiers
- Sharing accounts in violation of plan limitations
- Reselling or sublicensing access to BrandGhost without permission
3. Monitoring & Enforcement
To protect platform integrity and comply with third-party requirements, BrandGhost may monitor usage patterns, posting
behavior, automation signals, and content volume; review accounts for suspected abuse; and apply safeguards such as
feature restrictions, rate limiting, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination.
BrandGhost reserves sole discretion in determining violations of this AUP.
4. Enforcement Actions
Violations of this AUP may result in:
- Warnings or educational notices
- Feature limitations or throttling
- Suspension or termination of accounts
- Loss of access without refund
Repeated or severe violations may result in immediate termination.
5. Third-Party Platform Consequences
You acknowledge and agree that social media platforms may independently suspend, restrict, or ban your accounts; BrandGhost
is not responsible for platform enforcement actions; and compliance with this AUP does not guarantee platform approval or
protection. All risks related to social platform usage remain solely with you.
6. Reporting Abuse
If you believe an account is abusing BrandGhost or violating this policy, you may report it to:
hello@brandghost.ai
7. Policy Updates
BrandGhost may update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted
constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
